An outdoor sign option
The 210122 Signicade Deluxe kit has a plastic frame and two double-sided printed panels. Check venue placement, wind conditions and ballast before use. It folds for transport; it is not an all-weather guarantee.
A clear booth presentation

Staff and visitor essentials
Compare the LP34M-MA3 lanyard and 80065 badge reel for staff identification. Choose a 3208 tote, 978 pen or 5706 steel bottle for your audience. Badge cards and pouches are separate choices.

Three details to consider
Match the venue. Confirm sign placement, clear walkways and ballast requirements with the organizer. Follow the supplier setup instructions; do not use water ballast below freezing. Weather resistance does not establish suitability for every wind condition.
Check the sign and artwork. Confirm that your quoted kit includes the supplier-specified plastic frame and 4 mm corrugated-plastic panels. The print template gives a 24 × 36-inch finished panel and 23 × 35-inch safe area. Confirm frame color and the artwork for each printed side before ordering.
Plan recipients and care. Share staff and visitor quantities separately. The standard lanyard is not a breakaway model; release attachments and recipient suitability need confirmation. The badge reel is for identification, not climbing. Spot clean and air dry the cotton tote. Hand wash the bottle. Wipe non-graphic sign hardware with a damp cloth; confirm printed-panel and table-cover care with your quote.
